It was cloudy but warm today, so we spent some time outside this morning. Evelyn has been enjoying her new shovel--she likes to throw the snow onto the sidewalk so there are little wet spots all up and down in front of our house where her shovel-fulls of snow have melted. Tim got a little yardwork done; just some trimming we hadn't gotten to before the first snow fell. And we saw the first robin! I was too slow to get his picture, though :-/
It's going to be in the 50's and 60's here for the next 3 days, so we're going to spend a good bit of time outside every day if we can. Tim is considering taking a day off on Tuesday so we can enjoy the nice weather before it gets cold again on Thursday. Personally, it's taking a lot for me to not laugh maniacally at the melting snow. I want to see daffodil and crocus leaves popping up, not gross dirty snow :P
