We celebrated Evelyn's birthday with Tim's family and our friends yesterday. Two of Evelyn's playgroup friends came, along with Gerry, Emily, and Olivia, Matt, and Susie. We had lunch (mini sandwiches, veggies, fruit, chips, and dip), rainbow cake, rainbow jello and ice cream, and opened presents. Our friends with little ones had to leave before we got to open presents, but Evelyn, Zach, and Caleb made sure they all got tested out:)

We had a really great day and we hope everyone enjoyed themselves. We spent the evening hanging Christmas lights and cleaning up rainbows so we could put out Christmas decorations today. We're hoping to get the indoor decorations up while we're stuck at home because of the snow:-x We might get the rest of our outdoor lights up before Christmas...maybe...
We're also hoping to get thank-you cards out this week. So keep your eyes out for them when you check your mail:)
