In the evenings, we head outside to play and do a little yardwork. Evelyn is getting more helpful now. She puts little handfuls of mulch from the pile into the wheelbarrow, even if I'm on the other side of the house spreading mulch in one of the beds. She carries rakes and brooms and tries to imitate whatever we're doing. And she loves to watch Tim go back and forth on the mower :) We can usually cure a bout of fussiness or tantruming by heading outside for a change of scenery.
