One of Evelyn's little playgroup friends invited her to his second birthday party, so we went over to their house on Saturday morning for a little Curious George themed party:) Evelyn (the only girl) was a hit. The birthday boy was feeling a little shy, so Evelyn took his place for a present or two, and I had to keep retrieving her for his mom's lap. She certainly loves attention. But, on the other hand, she is becoming more wary of strangers. It took her about an hour to warm up, and then she was unstoppable.

The best part was that she napped for three whole hours after we left:) Matt and Susie were visiting this weekend (they were gone during the day Saturday) and she was ready to roll when they came back:) We had a nice cookout despite the dreary weather. And then Elizabeth came up today to go to the mall. Evelyn enjoyed playing with her when we were done shopping. Very good weekend:)
