Mt Gretna Lake

Gerry and Emily invited us to join them at the lake in Mt Gretna this morning. It sounded nice and relaxing, so we agreed. Evelyn spent most of the time stomping in puddles left by older kids digging holes. She also enjoyed running into the water until she was about knee deep, then turning around and running out again. She would go deeper if one of us was holding her. We had a picnic lunch, then did some more swimming before heading out around 330. Both Evelyn and Olivia did well and enjoyed playing in the water. Which is good-- admission there is $16 per person over 4 years, so we were really hoping they'd like it and we could stay for more than an hour :P

And, of course we stopped by the Jigger Shop for ice cream before heading home for a nap;)
