Sunday Gardening

We finally got out to plant our seeds this morning. Evelyn has two long pots with alyssum flowers in red and white, and we did a tiered pot garden with two types of lettuce and lemongrass at the top. If my mint survived the winter, I'm thinking of doing another one of these tiered pot gardens for the mint so I haven't got three pots of mint floating around the deck.

I also managed to get the front flower bed weeded. And, once we get the trees cleaned up around the retention basin, we're thinking of planting some sage and dill around the drains where the previous owners put a flower bed. We also have some sunflower seeds that might get planted along the fence between the grapevines. :)
