First Overnight!

We went to Biglerville this weekend and stayed the night with Mom so Tim and I could go out to dinner to celebrate Valentine's day. Evelyn did very well with the car ride again, and barely fussed at all in her car seat until we were at Mom's and she just wanted to get out.
Mom watched her while we went to dinner, and she was very well behaved:) She liked laying on the couch and staring at the blanket that was draped on the back of it, which was white with green and red stripes. She just laid there and chattered at it (See above video).
Our dinner went well, once we got to it. We left Mom's around 4, did some driving around to check out new construction in Biglerville, then headed in to Hanover. We intended to go to the new Olive Garden, but the wait was an hour long, and there was nowhere to stand--the only space to wait was outside. And since it was windy and freezing cold, we decided to try Red Lobster instead. The wait there was an hour long as well, but at least there was space to wait indoors. And there was still a crowd at the door when we left at 7:30. We stopped at Hobby Lobby, Target, and then headed back to Mom's.
Evelyn is still adjusting to her new formula and has been having some minor gas issues. Not enough to cause her pain, but enough to make her too uncomfortable to sleep soundly unless she's being held. So, Mom stayed up with her so Tim and I could get some sleep :)
