Since last time...

Uncle Dan got to hold you for the first time last Tuesday

You graduated from an isolette to a bassinet because you're now able to regulate your temperature

You were moved to a new room for intermediate care babies

Daddy changed his first diapers and learned how to feed you bottles:)

Last Friday, you passed your car seat test:)

Aunt Pam and Uncle Bob came to meet you on Saturday:)

You got you feeding tube out early Sunday morning! Happy 2-week birthday!

You got dressed up...

...and had your first visit from Santa on Sunday afternoon

And, on Monday, they sent you home:)

Which means no more wires and alarms!

Enjoying craft time with Mom and Grandma

This is the only way mommy can sleep now:P

Doing a Linus impression during naptime

Little Bean in her cradle:)

...Mommy wishes you slept this well at night...

Since we've been home, we've just been adjusting. Evelyn tends to want to eat every few hours, but has been sleeping more solidly during the day. Which means that someone tends to be up with her at all hours of the night. she's not fussy or crying, but spends a lot of time grunting, groaning, and stretching. She sleeps far better when she's being held:P Mom was here for a few days, which helped. But now we're on our own. Luckily, Tim has the next few days off, so maybe we'll be able to find a better routine before he has to head back to Philly for work next week.
The biggest problem right now is her feeding. It took awhile to figure out which bottle nipples worked best, how to pump, nurse, and bottle feed (she's still on neosure-enhanced milk and can't take her vitamin without having it watered down, so she's still getting a couple bottles a day) and still have time to eat and sleep myself. But I'm being as patient as my tired, hormonal brain will let me.

So...anyone who wants to come watch the baby so I can have a nap is more than welcome to:P
