Transition

Today is a big day:P But not as big as tomorrow. Today is my last day of work, the last day left for packing, and my 26th birthday (I'm officially in my late 20's D: ). Tomorrow is moving day:) We'll officially no longer be apartment dwellers:P

Tonight, Daniel and Emily are coming to spend the night. We may go out for a late dinner when they get here, then finish up our packing. Tim's parents, Nate, and Jer are coming tomorrow morning to load up the truck, and I'm going to head off early with the cat and a carload of stuff so that neither of us are getting underfoot (since neither Jack or I can really carry anything). Everyone else is going to meet at the house for food and unloading. And the cable guy comes on Sunday to hook us up so Tim can start working from home next week while I unpack, fix curtains, and hang pictures:)

Tim gave me a hug this morning and said he would give me my birthday card and present...but they're at the house. Which has been a common problem over the last week or so. I would make toast...but the toaster is at the house. I would have a bowl of ice cream...but the ice cream is at the house. We could play a board game...but all the games are at the house:P

Bean seems to be handling all the excitement well. She's pretty quiet when I'm moving around, which is a lot any more. But when I am sitting still, I feel lots of little kicks and rolls. I think I felt her get the hiccups once, but I can't be sure. I can't see my feet if I'm standing still, so Tim is officially on let-me-know-if-my-shoes-don't-match duty :P I am starting to get some back aches, especially after sitting in a desk chair all day...which won't be a problem after about 2:00 today (I'm counting on an early dismissal due to the long weekend). I would do my yoga...but the DVD is at the house:P

And oh, how I'm looking forward to fall!! I'm done with the hot weather, although it's felt much nicer outside since Irene rolled through. I can't wait until the leaves change and it's just cool enough out for sweaters:)

Speaking of weather--keep your fingers crossed that any weather scheduled for tomorrow holds off long enough for us to get everything moved!!
