We ordered a crib for Bean today:) It should be the only piece of furniture we need to get.
We're going to use Tim's dresser from his room at home (which we'll need to sand and re-finish) as a dresser/changing table, we have Mamaw's glider already in the room (I may add some padding to the cushions and re-cover them in a spit-up friendly fabric), and some of the shelves from Tim's closet might get moved. If he left them all in there, there would be no room for his clothes to hang:P So some of them will end up in Bean's closet for storage. We're also inheriting the cradle that Daniel used as a baby, but I think that will go in the bedroom next to my side of the bed for Bean's for nighttime use. As for decorations? I have plans for hand-made things:) And, of course, I've never gotten rid of a stuffed animal, so there's no shortage of those:P
